Conquest has adopted its first Comprehensive Plan!

“Among the most important powers and duties granted by the legislature to a town government is the authority and responsibility to undertake town comprehensive planning and to regulate land use for the purpose of protecting the general health, safety, and welfare of its citizens.”

Announcements

The Town Board adopted the Comprehensive Plan at their regularly scheduled meeting on June 19, 2023 after a 2 year development process with assistance from the Cayuga County Department of Planning and Economic Development.
